Co-locating at SPCS puts your service at the first point of call for local residents who need it. We offer office space, meeting and training rooms, from half a day a year to five days a week.
How co-location works
The model of joint service provision between SPCS and co-locating services is to provide the wider community with a more comprehensive and efficient service, and to ensure a spirit of mutual support and professional co-operation prevails. When on site, the staff of co-locating services form part of the team at SPCS.
Enabling co-locating services to operate at a low cost from the building allows SPCS to provide services that benefit the local community, and enables greater access for clients to a range of services.
Why base your service here
- SPCS is the first point of call for local residents in need, with a highly successful rate of referral to co-locating agencies
- Southern Peninsula residents can be reluctant to seek support from secondary services. Referral through SPCS at the Rosebud location carries a client confidence component that results in highly successful engagement
- Public transport on the Southern Mornington Peninsula is infrequent and scarce, making it difficult for clients to access services outside the area. 878 Point Nepean Road is on the main bus line and is easily accessible for local residents
- You can co-locate for as little as half a day a year or as much as five days a week, building your client base without committing to the costs of renting commercial space

Services currently based with us
A number of organisations already deliver their services from our Rosebud centre, including Good Shepherd financial counselling, Brotherhood of St Laurence, Mentis Assist and CVGT Employment.
